Update: Thanks for your feedback. When I originally tried the link on a public computer, it sent back the 50k offer, however now it’s asking for a SkyMiles number and/or promo code. So this seems to be targeted. So try your luck and see if you’re targeted for this offer!
Delta Gold SkyMiles Credit Card 50k Link
Today I received an email from Delta with an increased sign up bonus (normally 30k) for 50,000 points and a $50 statement credit until May 31, 2015. Delta’s SkyMiles rewards program has taken a hit in recent years, but the points are not easy to earn and has some pretty great award options.
You can fly in business on Virgin Australia for only 80,000 points. Or fly business on Virgin Atlantic to London for 62,500 points one way. There are definitely some sweet spots in their award chart and I like the fact that Delta doesn’t charge a $75-$80 fee for booking an award within 3 weeks of the flight (as most other major airlines do).
If you’ve had the Gold Delta SkyMiles Credit Card in the past, you are ineligible to receive this sign up bonus for the consumer card. If you’ve had the business card, then you can reapply if you received the bonus 12+ months before.
So if you’re thinking of shoring up some Delta SkyMiles and you haven’t had the Gold Delta Skymiles Amex card before, now may be a good time to jump on this offer before it disappears!
Is there a link for this? This doesn’t seem to be a public offer.
I just saw the link. I tried it and after I put in my Delta number, nothing came back. Also, the same when I tried my friend’s number.

Oops, meant to reply to Tony here…you may want to try this to see if delta will send u the targeted offer.
Last month I was perusing delta’s credit card on their site (30k points) and clicked apply…but didn’t go thru with it, as 30k wasn’t incentive enough for me. By next day I get targeted email now upping to 35k. I clicked hit apply, but once again, didn’t do it…after offer expired 2 days ago, just hot another email for 50k. So maybe if they see you’re interested, but don’t follow thru on applying, they’ll send you the higher, targeted offer, hoping to finally entice you….that seems to be what happened to me and my hubby (I did the exact same thing on his delta acct).
