Citi sent me an email with a promotional offer to get $20 off your bill when you eat out at a restaurant using the TabbedOut app and your Citi credit card. I’ve never used or heard of TabbedOut before but they claim that they are “A convenient way to pay your restaurant bill. When you dine out, tell your server that you’re using the app. The TabbedOut app lets you check out your tab, tip and pay right from your phone with your eligible Citi card. Download it today and save on your first TabbedOut meal.”

Is this targeted or what?
It doesn’t look like a targeted offer, so it should be open to the public. Citi’s last promotional offer limited their statement credit to the first 4,000 people but I don’t see that here.
